Refund policy

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We apologise if you are not happy with your purchase, due to hygiene purposes and the nature of our products we  DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. For reassurance, Black Essence London take good care to ensure that all products are quality checked before shipping; this includes co- washing, conditioning and air drying our products. In very rare cases hair may be up for a possible exchange. This differs from case to case and will only happen if we are absolutely concerned with the quality.  Please note that  hair will not be accepted back if it has been  worn/cut/dyed or manipulated in any way. Bundles should be kept unraveled and intact just as delivered. 

We can understand at times minds may change or there may have been some trouble whiles putting your order through. Not to worry, we have a 24 hour cancellation period which allows you to cancel your order, with a full refund being issued within that 24 hour window. Please note that after 24 hours we will begin our processing stage, customer's will be sent an email regarding this. Our processing time is from 3-7  working days. If you decide to cancel your order during this time (that is if your order has not been shipped yet) you will be issued a 90% of your refund. 










*We advise that all customers should attentively review their baskets before purchasing . 



If you are missing a product, you have the wrong product or have any further concerns, you can contact us via email (info@blackessencelondon.com) within 48 hours of receiving your product, so we can rectify any problems as soon as we can. 

Please note that Black Essence London LTD do not have stock as inventory, hence why we have put these measure in place. However, we ensure to work with our customer's with integrity and transparency to maintain our customer's protection and rights.
