Our company always wants to ensure we give the best quality to our customers. Our Processing time is from 3-7 working days.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, order processing will begin. Customers will be informed once processing time has begun and when orders have been shipped. 

* Orders placed on Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday)

Take note that Processing time is SEPARATE from Shipping time. 

Shipping

UK: 4-6 working days.

EU:  4-14 working days.

Rest of the World: 10-14 working days.

*Please note once products are shipped, we (Black Essence London LTD) are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed items. 

 *Please be advised to not make any last-minute orders. If you have any deadlines, hair appointments or events, please ensure to make your orders with the awareness of our processing and shipping times.  Black Essence London will NOT be held responsible for any missed appointments or occasions.
